Saltstone / Blackwood Hunting – 2025 Giveaway

1. Organizer

Be sCool Kft. is the official representative of the Saltstone brand
and distributes Saltstone products via the website Blackwoodhunting.com.

Hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway runs from:

1 December 2025, 19:00 (CET)
until
18 December 2025, 23:59 (CET).

🎲 Draw date: 19 Dec 2025 at 12:00 (CET)
🏆 Winner announcement: 19 Dec 2025 at 13:00 (CET)

3. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to all natural persons who:

  • are 18 years of age or older, and

  • have their place of residence in one of the following countries:

👉 Austria, Germany, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia.

Participation is free of charge and no purchase is required.

To enter the giveaway on Instagram, participants must:

  • Follow the @blackwoodhunting Instagram account

  • Like the official giveaway post

  • Comment under the giveaway post

By entering, participants fully accept these Terms & Conditions.

4. Prize

The prize consists of:

1 × Saltstone Integrator Hunting Vest

Available sizes: S, M, L, XL
Available colors: Coyote, Brown, Green, Orange

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on:

19 December 2025 at 12:00 (CET).

The winner will be notified:

  • via Instagram Direct Message (DM) sent from the official @blackwoodhunting account, and

  • optionally by a public comment under the giveaway post indicating that the draw has taken place.

The winner must reply and provide the necessary details (size, color choice, shipping address) within 5 days from the notification.

If the winner does not respond within 5 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

6. Data Protection (GDPR)

For the purpose of organizing the giveaway, the Organizer processes the following personal data:

  • Instagram username of the participants

  • For the winner: full name, e-mail address, shipping address, and chosen size/color of the vest

The data will be used solely for:

  • contacting the winner, and

  • organizing shipment of the prize.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required for delivery (e.g., courier service).
All personal data related to the giveaway will be deleted after the prize has been delivered.

7. Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with
Meta Platforms Inc., Instagram, or Facebook.

Participants acknowledge that they provide their information to the Organizer, not to Meta/Instagram/Facebook.

8. Final Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to:

  • amend these Terms & Conditions, or

  • cancel or suspend the giveaway at any time, especially in case of force majeure, technical issues, or suspected abuse.

By participating in the giveaway, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms & Conditions.
