Warranty Coverage
Saltstone warrants that the INTEGRATOR Rifle Holster System and its components are free from defects in materials
and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase. During
the warranty period, Saltstone will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective product or part at no cost to the
original purchaser, provided the product has been used in accordance with this manual and not subject to misuse,
neglect, accident, alteration, or improper maintenance.
What is Covered
• Manufacturing defects in stitching, fabric, and webbing.
• Defects in plastic, rubber, or metal hardware (including buckles, carabiners, and adjustment components).
• Failures of the T1 or V1 quick-release system due to defective workmanship or materials.
What Is Not Covered
• Normal wear and tear from hunting or field use.
• Cosmetic damage, abrasions, or fading that do not affect performance.
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, improper adjustment, or failure to follow instructions.
• Modifications or alterations not authorized by Saltstone.
• Damage to firearms, optics, or other personal equipment carried in or with the holster system.
• Any incidental or consequential damages.
Limitations
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all
claims. Saltstone’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only. No other warranties, expressed
or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, apply.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental damages, so these
limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights
which vary by state or province.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim:
1. Stop using the product immediately if a defect is suspected.
2. Contact Saltstone Customer Service for a Return Authorization (RA).
3. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
4. Ship the product, postage prepaid, to the address provided by Customer Service.
Saltstone is not responsible for items lost in transit. Products repaired or replaced under warranty are covered only
for the remainder of the original warranty period.
