Warranty Notice
Warranty Coverage
Saltstone warrants that the Integrator Modular Outdoor Carrying System and its components are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase.
During the warranty period, Saltstone will repair or replace any defective product or component at no cost to the original purchaser, provided the product has been used in accordance with the instructions and has not been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or improper maintenance.
What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects in stitching, fabric, webbing, and functional construction.

Defects in plastic, rubber, or metal hardware (including buckles, adjusters, and fastening components).

Failures of the T1 or V1 quick-release system resulting from defective materials or workmanship.
What Is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear resulting from outdoor or field use.

Cosmetic damage, abrasions, or fading that does not affect performance.

Damage caused by misuse, improper adjustment, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow instructions.

Any damage to personal outdoor equipment carried with the system.

Incidental or consequential damages.
Limitations
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Saltstone’s liability is limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of the product.
No other express or implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) apply.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Warranty Claim Procedure
If you believe your product has a defect:

Stop using the product immediately.

Contact Saltstone Customer Service for a Return Authorization (RA).

Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Ship the product, postage prepaid, to the address provided by Customer Service.
Saltstone is not responsible for lost shipments.
Products repaired or replaced under warranty remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
