  1. General Information

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from blackwoodhunting.com.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

  1. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Right)

Under EU consumer protection law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

You may also send your withdrawal notice by post to our registered office (see section 8).

No specific form is required — a simple written notice is sufficient.

You may also use the electronic withdrawal function available on our website.

 

  1. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s).

If the original order qualified for free shipping, no original shipping costs will be refunded, as no separate shipping fee was charged to the customer.

Additional costs resulting from express or premium delivery options are non-refundable.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

You will not be charged any additional refund fees.

The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of their return.

If Blackwood Hunting provides the return shipping label or arranges the return shipment, the related return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

Exceptions apply in cases where:

  • the product is defective,

  • the wrong item was delivered, or

  • the product arrived damaged.

In these cases, Blackwood Hunting will cover both the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost in full.

 

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Before returning any product, customers must contact Blackwood Hunting to receive the appropriate return instructions and return shipping label.

To ensure proper handling and faster processing of returns, customers are required to use the return label and instructions provided by Blackwood Hunting.

Returns sent to an address other than the return address provided by Blackwood Hunting may result in delays in processing or additional shipping costs.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • the product is defective,

  • the wrong item was delivered, or

  • the product arrived damaged.

In these cases, Blackwood Hunting will cover all return shipping costs.

Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation.

We recommend carefully packaging the products to avoid transport damage during the return shipment.

 

  1. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • custom-made or personalized items,

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery,

  • goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

 

  1. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please provide photos of the damage and the outer packaging.

Depending on the situation, we will either send a replacement product or issue a full refund, including all shipping costs.

 

  1. Processing of Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via e-mail whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–14 business days.

You will receive confirmation once the refund has been completed.
