1. General Information
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from blackwoodhunting.com.
If you are not satisfied, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
This policy applies to all online purchases made through https://blackwoodhunting.com.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-day right)
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please send a clear withdrawal notice by e-mail to:

You may also send your withdrawal notice by post to our registered office (see section 8).
No specific form is required — a simple written notice is sufficient.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund:

the full purchase price of the returned product(s), and

the cost of the standard (cheapest) shipping option originally paid.
If you chose a more expensive delivery method (e.g. express or premium shipping), we will refund only the amount corresponding to the standard shipping cost.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of their return.
4. Return Shipping Costs
You must send the goods back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.
If you received a faulty or incorrect product, we will cover all shipping costs (both ways).
5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized items

Goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery

Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please provide photos of the damage and outer packaging.
Depending on the situation, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including all shipping costs.
7. Processing of Refunds
We will notify you by e-mail once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–14 business days.
You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
