§ 1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) apply to all sales contracts concluded between Be sCool Kft. (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and private individuals (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer” or “Consumer”) through the website www.blackwoodhunting.com.

By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these T&Cs as applicable at the time of the order.
A Consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes unrelated to business or professional activity. A Business Customer is any person or entity acting in the scope of their commercial or professional activity.

§ 2 Offer and Product Information

The products, prices, and special offers displayed on the website do not constitute a binding legal offer. A contract is only formed when the Customer submits an order and the Seller confirms payment.

Images and descriptions serve presentation purposes and may slightly vary (e.g., colors, details).
Obvious errors (e.g. clearly incorrect pricing) entitle the Seller to cancel such orders and inform the Customer. Any payment already made will be refunded within 5 business days.

All prices are shown as final consumer prices, including applicable VAT. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and on our Shipping Information page.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract

Contracts are concluded in the English language. A Hungarian version may be requested via e-mail.

After submitting an order, the Customer receives an automatic “Order Received” confirmation — this does not yet constitute acceptance. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms payment and begins processing.

  • Credit card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, etc.)

Ownership:
The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received.

§ 4 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

§ 5 Warranty

All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty under EU law and Hungarian Civil Code (Act V of 2013).

Consumers must notify the Seller immediately in case of defects or delivery issues.

§ 6 Data Protection

The Seller processes personal data according to the GDPR (EU 2016/679). Data is used solely for order processing and is not disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

§ 7 Delivery and Fulfillment

Shipping destinations, costs, and estimated delivery times are published at:

Risk transfers to the Customer upon receipt of the goods. If the product is not available, the Seller will issue a refund within 5 business days.

§ 8 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These T&Cs and all contracts are governed by Hungarian law, along with applicable EU regulations.

Consumers may also contact the local Consumer Arbitration Board (e.g. Csongrád-Csanád County Arbitration Board).

If legal proceedings become necessary, the competent court is the Szeged District Court, Hungary.

§ 9 Final Provisions

Amendments are valid only once published on the website.

If any provision of these T&Cs is invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

Existing contracts remain subject to the version in force at the time of purchase.
