Where we ship

We currently ship to the following EU countries:
Germany (DE), Austria (AT), Croatia (HR), Slovenia (SI), Slovakia (SK), Czech Republic (CZ), and Italy (IT).

  • All shipments are intra-EU, so no customs duties or import taxes apply.

Processing time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) CET are usually handed over to the courier the same day.

  • A tracking link will be sent to your email once your parcel is dispatched.

Shipping costs

  • FREE shipping for orders over €300 (cart total after discounts, VAT included).

  • For orders below €300: €10 per item shipping fee applies.

Examples:

  • 1 item below €300 → €10 shipping

  • 2 items below €300 → €20 shipping

  • If the cart value reaches €300 or more (after discounts): shipping is free

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and courier workload.

Delivery terms and responsibilities

  • Address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, or after failed delivery attempts, additional reshipping costs may apply.

  • Damaged parcel: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage with the courier upon delivery (notation, photo), and contact us within 48 hours at:

  • Partial shipments: We may ship items separately to speed up delivery — at no extra cost.

  • Delays / force majeure: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier issues, weather, seasonal workload, or events beyond our reasonable control.

  • PO boxes / Pickup points: Delivery to PO boxes may not be possible; please provide a full physical address.

  • Rates and couriers: Shipping rates, delivery times, or courier choices may change. Updates will always be reflected on this page and during checkout before you confirm your order.

Returns & right of withdrawal

EU consumers are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period starting the day of delivery.
